As a Development Technician, you will be part of the Engineering Support Department supporting innovative projects and system development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

San Jose, CA Contract on W2 What's the Job? Assist in micro-electronics assembly, including wire bonding and component bonding using adhesives Set up, calibrate, and maintain a variety of electronics testing and electromechanical equipment Collaborate with engineers to design and develop new electromechanical systems, including component selection and prototype testing Conduct mechanical and electrical testing of components and assemblies to ensure quality and performance Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and testing procedures for system documentation What's Needed? Associate degree or higher in a relevant technical field Minimum of 3 years of experience working in the high-tech industry, preferably in medical devices or related fields Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical principles, including circuits, sensors, and control systems Manual dexterity and experience using hand and power tools for assembly and repair Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) What's in it for me?
