$33/hour About the Opportunity Join a global leader in advanced technology manufacturing supporting high-precision mechanical and electronic systems. This role is ideal for a hands-on technician with experience in electronics repair, test, or field service who thrives in a structured, quality-focused environment. You'll work on small, complex assemblies-performing troubleshooting, repair, and functional testing using specialized equipment. Candidates with backgrounds in electronics, RF systems, industrial equipment, telecommunications, aerospace, defense, or similar high-tech environments are strongly encouraged to apply. Duties Perform troubleshooting, repair, and end-of-line testing on precision electromechanical assemblies Conduct helium leak testing and functional validation to meet quality and performance standards Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings to diagnose issues Use diagnostic tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes, or similar) to isolate and resolve failures Document test results, repair activity, and root cause analysis in internal systems Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve product and process issues Operate and maintain tools, fixtures, and test equipment to ensure optimal performance Support production schedules, including occasional overtime as needed Requirements 3-5+ years of experience in electronics repair, test, field service, or precision assembly Background in industries such as electronics manufacturing, RF/telecom, aerospace, defense, or industrial equipment Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and manuals Experience with electronic test equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, diagnostic systems) Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills High attention to detail with ability to work on small components and repetitive tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a plus High school diploma required; technical training or certifications preferred Must be authorized to work in the U.S. #2351li
