We specialize in high-end residential and commercial exterior maintenance, and we're looking for dependable, hardworking people who want to grow with the company. We are a young, local company built in Santa Barbara with a strong focus on quality, safety, customer service, and creating a good work environment . This is a hands-on outdoor job, so we're looking for someone who enjoys being active, working outside, and taking pride in their work. What You'll Be Doing Interior and exterior window cleaning Water-fed pole window cleaning Solar panel cleaning Gutter cleaning Pressure washing Soft washing and exterior home cleaning Skylight cleaning Holiday light installation and removal Ladder and roof work when necessary Taking before-and-after photos of completed work Inspecting the property for damaged screens, windows, or other issues before beginning Keeping equipment, vehicles, and work areas clean and organized Communicating professionally with homeowners and commercial clients What We're Looking For Reliable and on time Strong work ethic and positive attitude Comfortable working outdoors and being physically active Comfortable using ladders and working at heights Able to lift approximately 50+ lbs Attention to detail Professional appearance and communication Able to work independently after training Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willingness to learn new exterior-cleaning techniques No professional window-cleaning experience is required. We can train the right person. Experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, construction, landscaping, roofing, painting, solar, pest control, or another hands-on trade is a plus. Compensation & Growth We want technicians who perform well to make significantly more than a typical hourly cleaning job. Compensation can increase as you become capable of running jobs independently. There are also opportunities to earn additional income through add-on services, referrals, sales, tips, and increased responsibility .
