Job Description Level 3 - Onsite Service Technician (Senior) Key Responsibilities
  •  Lead preventative maintenance inspections, corrective maintenance, and major equipment repairs.
  •  Perform periodic system maintenance per customer schedules and operational requirements.
  •  Participate in and lead technically complex troubleshooting and diagnostics.
  •  Perform work routinely outside standard parameters, addressing non-standard or escalated issues.
  •  Complete assignments using work instructions, procedures, and detailed equipment schematics.
  •  Install and support complex equipment upgrades in accordance with technical documentation.
  •  Assist with parts ordering and maintaining service parts inventory.
  •  Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders regarding equipment status, issues, and escalation items.
  •  Complete failure analysis documentation, parts shipping, and decontamination paperwork as required.
  •  Assist with training and mentoring new technicians on preventative and corrective maintenance tasks.
  •  Apply sound judgment and technical expertise to resolve complex or non-standard equipment problems.
  •  Meet company and customer reporting requirements, ensuring accurate service logs and documentation.
  •  Adhere to all company and customer safety policies and procedures.
  •  Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Skills and Requirements Requirements:
  •  5+ years of experience operating and performing repairs and preventative maintenance in a semiconductor manufacturing or other similar industry.
  •  2+ years experience working in the semiconductor industry
  •  Associates Degree
  •  Ability to wear a respirator Strong experience in either Electrical or Plumbing
