Job Description

Advanced Asset Management (AAM) is seeking a skilled Service Technician to support daily maintenance operations at a multifamily community. This role ensures apartments and common areas are safe, functional, and well maintained while delivering excellent resident service. Key Responsibilities Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner Perform apartment turns, make‑ready work, and preventive maintenance Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general carpentry Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of buildings and common areas Respond to after‑hours emergencies as scheduled Follow AAM safety standards, policies, and Fair Housing requirements Communicate effectively with residents and the on‑site team Qualifications 1-3 years of multifamily or residential maintenance experience Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances EPA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Why AAM Advanced Asset Management offers competitive pay, growth opportunities, and a supportive team environment focused on accountability, quality service, and strong communities.
