The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field service and mitigation knowledge, with experience in property restoration, junk removal, and equipment management. In this role, you will be cleaning homes and structures back to a pre-loss condition, mitigating damage and potential contaminants and bringing customer satisfaction in our specialized services. Duties Conduct routine procedures with equipment used in water, sewage, and mold damage mitigation. Utilize diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve structural issues, ensuring the proper functionality of the home. Perform field service visits to customer locations, delivering high-quality and respectful service for water damage, junk removal, and biohazard cleanup, etc. Collaborate with team members to address complex issues and develop effective solutions in high-pressure situations. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and equipment used. Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency in all tasks performed. Engage with clients to provide updates on service progress and answer any questions, fostering strong customer relationships. Skills Required Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role. Familiarity with equipment used in water damage and mold mitigation is highly desirable. Proficient in using diagnostic tools for troubleshooting and repairs. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
