Job Description

Advanced customer service skills. Sales training or experience. Familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques. Experience making repair or replacement decisions. NATE certification required. Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership role. Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices. Knowledge of basic air balancing principals and techniques Experience with Residential and Commercial Systems 2-5 years of experience. NATE Certification $20.00 - $35.00 per hour, based on skills, experience, performance and ongoing training. Must have a clean MVR, and pass a criminal background check.
