In this role you will be diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and setting up agriculture equipment, powersports, and diesel heavy equipment while delivering high quality service to our customers. Wickham Tractor Co. is a fourth generation, family-owned dealership specializing in agriculture equipment, farm machinery, powersports, and light industrial equipment across five locations in Northeast Colorado. What you will be doing:

• Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on agriculture, powersports, and heavy diesel equipment, with special emphasis on Kubota equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Read and interpret equipment schematics and service manuals
• Complete accurate service reports and documentation
• Communicate repair updates with service staff and customers
• Work with parts, sales, and service teams to meet customer needs
• Maintain tools, shop equipment, and service vehicles
• Extended periods of time spent sitting, standing, walking, bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching overhead. This job is for you if you have:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 to 5 years of technician experience with agriculture, powersports, construction, or diesel heavy equipment
• Proven customer service skills and experience
• Experience in agriculture, farming, construction, or equipment repair preferred
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and basic computer systems
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance Wickham Tractor Co.

Compensation Package:

$20.00 to $35.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule:

During business hours, Monday through Friday, and alternating Saturdays May need to perform duties outside of regular business hours

Work Location:

This is not a remote position. Requires to be in-person at the dealership location.
