Responsibilities:

Diagnose root-cause for failures within HVAC and Refrigeration systems and verify / measure diagnoses. Provide service and repairs on residential HVAC systems accurately and efficiently. Service commercial refrigeration equipment and systems, including walk-in coolers, freezers, small self-contained equipment, reach-ins. When on call, be available to respond to emergency situations during or after hours, for the purpose of resolving major HVAC/ Refrigeration issues. Comply with all industry and company safety policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

Reliable transportation 2+ years of experience in HVAC Ability to pass drug screening, background check, and Motor Vehicle Report verification Position highly physical and requires the use of hands, fingers, walking, stooping, kneeling, climbing ladders. Ability to squat and touch the floor at the same time. Ability to work in tight spaces, extreme climates (rooftops, freezers etc), and heights. Ability to focus and multi-task in noisy, loud, busy kitchens and other commercial spaces. Ability to safely lift fifty (50) to eighty (80) pounds. Ability to use a ladder with a 350-pound weight limit while carrying equipment up to fifty (50) pounds. Ability to troubleshoot and isolate issues in HVAC and Refrigeration systems. Ability to braze with oxy-acetylene torches (5% and 50% solder) Clean driving record, drug screen, and background check. Clear, respectful communication, customer service skills, and strong attention to detail. Urgency to try to resolve customer issues ASAP Ability to record and save notes in mobile programs / Apps to effectively track Must be able to work independently and with limited supervision in timely fashion. Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration EPA Universal Certification Preferred Qualifications:

Commercial HVAC experience Commercial refrigeration experience Ability to troubleshoot and service commercial kitchen equipment, including cooking equipment.
