Job Description

Renuity is hiring a Service Technician to support residential bath, window, door, and other remodeling projects. In this field-based role, you'll perform service, punch-list, and warranty work to ensure every installation meets Renuity's quality standards. Responsibilities include diagnosing product and installation issues, completing repairs, using hand and power tools safely, and maintaining clean, protected job sites. You'll communicate clearly with homeowners, document work thoroughly, and collaborate with installation and operations teams, all while supporting a customer-focused, performance-driven culture with opportunities for long-term growth. Responsibilities Complete residential service, punch-list, and warranty repairs on bathroom, window, door, and related remodeling projects Diagnose installation and product issues and perform accurate, code-compliant fixes Use hand and power tools safely to remove, repair, and reinstall products and finishes Interpret work orders, drawings, and manufacturer specifications to plan work Maintain a clean, safe job site and protect customer property during all work Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings, next steps, and maintenance tips Document work performed, materials used, and site conditions in company systems Collaborate with install and operations teams to resolve escalated field issues Follow company safety policies, vehicle standards, and quality control procedures Represent Renuity professionally, supporting a customer-focused, performance-driven culture Required Skills Residential construction and remodeling Carpentry and finish work Window, door, and bath installation/repair Use of hand and power tools Reading blueprints and work orders Job-site safety and OSHA awareness Problem diagnosis and troubleshooting Caulking, sealing, and waterproofing Basic electrical/plumbing familiarity Digital documentation and mobile apps
