-6 Months Job Summary The Repair Technician performs maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of client equipment, ensuring high-quality service delivery to internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Test and Inspect client devices according to company procedures. Perform software loading of client devices. Record and document all service actions and findings. Escalate complex issues to the Lead Repair Technician or appropriate support team. Follow company safety procedures and ensure compliance with quality standards. Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and team knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Excel, Teams and Outlook required. Familiarity with electronics repair is preferred. Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions. Fluent in written and spoken English. Ability to accurately follow directions, both written and verbal.
