This position focuses on critical central plant machinery and specialized applied equipment—including chillers, cooling towers, package and DOAS units—alongside standard commercial DX systems. Direct Hire, $50-55, 40 hours a week

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

5+ years of hands-on experience servicing commercial HVAC equipment, with proven exposure to hydronics, central plants, and applied systems.

Licensing:

Active EPA Universal Certification required. OSHA 10.

Technical Proficiency:

Strong understanding of psychrometrics, refrigeration cycles, hydronic flow balance, and VFD setup.

Logistics:

Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean record. #

INDSTB Pay:

$50.00 - $55.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
