Service Technician

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM

•3:30 PM

Pay Rate:

$20.00

We're seeking skilled Service Technicians with expertise in areas such as handyman services, basic electrical, basic plumbing, basic framing, or carpentry. Key Responsibilities:

Perform full refurbishment, including floors, wall framing, and window cleaning.

Remodel modular buildings, ensuring quality and safety standards.

Inspect and replace framework using carpentry skills.

Prep and install tiles.

Clean and maintain modular buildings.

Install structures and fixtures such as windows.

Maintain inventory levels of tools, parts, and equipment required for tasks.

Adhere to safety protocols and company policies, wearing necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).

Requirements:

• Experience in rough carpentry, including wall framing or subfloor installation.
• EPA Universal Certification Previous remodeling experience required.
• Must pass background and drug testing.
