Myers CondyX is growing, and we're looking for a reliable, skilled Part-Time Property Maintenance & Renovation Technician to join our team. We provide residential and commercial property repairs, maintenance, and renovations throughout Southwest Florida. We're looking for someone who is versatile, professional, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable handling a variety of small repairs and renovation tasks.

Typical Work May Include:

Drywall repair and patching Interior painting and touch-ups Baseboard, trim, and door installation/repairs Cabinet and hardware installation Minor carpentry Flooring repairs and installation Caulking and general punch-list work Property maintenance and repairs Assisting with kitchen, bathroom, and other renovation projects Jobsite cleanup and material handling

What We're Looking For:

Previous construction, remodeling, maintenance, or handyman experience Ability to work independently and solve problems Good attention to detail and quality workmanship Professional appearance and communication Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Basic hand tools preferred Dependable and able to show up on time Comfortable working in occupied homes, condos, and commercial properties

Position:

Part-time with flexible hours based on workload, with the potential to grow into a full-time position as CondyX expands. We're looking for someone interested in growing with the company—not just picking up occasional work.
