$25.00-$30.00 an hour + Commissions Jeff Wilson Pool Service has a dedicated and professional staff of 65+ employees and has been serving the Naples community since 1985. We are looking for a Pool Repair Technician that can perform diagnostics, make repairs and coordinate installation of pool equipment. Main Duties Diagnose problems with pool equipment and provide solutions to repair and/or replace. Communicate scope of work to the homeowner with accurate pricing information. Provide comprehensive notes from the field to the office for accurate ordering, scheduling and billing purposes.

Various Installs and Repairs:

pool pumps, motors, heat pumps, gas heaters, filters, timers, blowers, lights, automation systems, salt systems and valve actuators. Manage an inventory of equipment on the truck and replenish as needed.

Skills and Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred:

3 years' experience in the pool industry. Valid driver's license for minimum three years. Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications. Knowledge of Pentair, Jandy and Hayward equipment. Strong communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. Ability to lift heavy equipment and to work in harsh weather conditions.
