We need someone who is skilled, fast, reliable, and confident working on a wide range of smartphones and electronic devices. Requirements Strong experience repairing iPhone and Android phones Experienced with screen, battery, charging port, camera, speaker, housing/frame, and component replacements Strong microsoldering skills and experience working with small components and circuit boards is a PLUS Ability to diagnose hardware and software problems quickly Experience with board-level repairs and troubleshooting Comfortable transferring components from one frame/housing to another Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality Able to work independently and handle multiple repairs efficiently Good understanding of phone components, connectors, flex cables, and internal assemblies Professional and reliable with a strong work ethic Must be located in Orlando, Florida Practical Skills Test As part of the hiring process, candidates will be given an actual phone and a new frame/housing. You will be required to carefully disassemble the phone and transfer all necessary components into the new frame, then reassemble and test the device.
