Provide technical support to customers both in retail settings and through field service visits, ensuring high-quality service standards. Use hand tools effectively for disassembly, repair, and reassembly of electronic devices. Assist with retail sales by explaining device features, repair options, and troubleshooting tips to customers. Document repair procedures accurately in service logs and maintain detailed records of device history.
