Shift:
Mon-Fri, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (start on 1st shift for training)
Contract:
90 days (extension possible) Summary
Join a global leader in aerospace and defense as a Repair Technician II. Responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic equipment while supporting shop operations, process improvements, and team guidance. Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair electronic equipment to quality standards
Monitor shop performance, assign work, and support production goals
Lead root cause analysis and process improvements
Manage consumables inventory and ensure compliance
Support and guide junior technicians
Perform Return to Service (RTS) inspections and documentation Requirements
High School Diploma/GED + 2+ years electronics repair experience
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work flexible shifts, overtime, and weekends
Knowledge of avionics/FAA regulations is a plus
Must pass background check and drug test
