Responsibilities Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, gas dispensers. Diagnose issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools to identify root causes efficiently. Conduct monthly inspections, repairs and installations, ensuring all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications. Operate company vehicles safely for on-site service calls or equipment transport as needed. Document all maintenance activities accurately in logs and work orders; communicate effectively with team members regarding ongoing issues or repairs. Lead or assist with equipment repair projects, ensuring timely completion while adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in repair, or mechanical systems repair. Knowledge of schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic procedures for various mechanical and electrical equipment. Hands-on experience with appliance installation and maintenance across commercial or industrial settings. Ability to operate tools and machinery safely; experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge coupled with excellent problem-solving skills; leadership qualities are a plus for mentoring junior team members.
