Roof Repair Technician Action Roofing - Pensacola, FL | Full-Time Action Roofing is looking for an experienced and dependable Roof Repair Technician to join our Pensacola team. This position is responsible for diagnosing roof issues, completing residential repairs, and providing quality workmanship that keeps our customers' homes protected. What You'll Do Inspect residential roofs to identify leaks, storm damage, and areas requiring repair Diagnose the source of roof leaks and other roofing issues Perform repairs on shingles, flashing, vents, pipe penetrations, sealants, and other roofing components Repair damage caused by wind, rain, and storms Replace damaged roofing materials and make necessary waterproofing repairs Work on a variety of residential roofing systems, including shingle, tile, metal, and flat roofs Safely use roofing tools, ladders, and equipment Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate professionally with homeowners and explain completed repairs Document completed work with photos and notes Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards What We're Looking For Previous roofing repair experience preferred Strong understanding of residential roofing systems Ability to identify the source of roof leaks Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions Ability to safely lift and carry roofing materials and equipment Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Professional appearance and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Join Action Roofing?
