As a Pest Control Service Professional, you help protect homes and the surrounding environment from unwanted insects using state-of-the-art technology. Working as a professional in the pest management industry is so much more than controlling pest problems. It's also building relationships with customers and educating them about how to reduce the pest problems in their homes or businesses. You don't need any prior experience - we have comprehensive training programs that incorporate both classroom and on-the-job learning to ensure you have all the knowledge necessary to perform the job well. A high school diploma or G.E.D., good communication skills, a stable work history, clean driving record, drug-free, and a genuine desire to learn the pest control business is all that is required. What can you expect during training? Comprehensive on-the-job training for Service Professionals typically takes 3-4 weeks.
Training includes:
Conduct proper home inspections including crawl spaces and attics Correct pest control problems by applying product, baiting, and monitoring Pest identification Product and label knowledge Effective communication skills Customer service training Route management Time management What's in it for you?
