Description:
For over 35 years Lyle Machinery Co. has been a diversified equipment dealer while fostering a supportive and balanced culture to accomplish our shared values. With several locations across MS, AL, LA, FL, and TX, LMC performs service and repairs, both on-site and in the field, in addition to the sales, leases and rentals of heavy and compact equipment. Not only have we been the #1 Komatsu Market Share Dealer in North America for the past 7 years, but we have also been Dealer of the Year for many of our other OEMs with whom we've partnered. As we continue to grow, we are looking for HIGH-energy, self-motivated employees who work well with others and/or independently in a safe manner, and we're willing to train you! Due to our steady growth, we are looking to add Technicians to our team.
Duties:
Diagnosis and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues with machinery Read and understand machine schematics Fabricate and weld as necessary for task completion Follow federal and shop safety guidelines and protocol Ability to recondition and repair equipment and components Communicate with management and other departments to ensure quality work and customer satisfaction Complete necessary paperwork for warranty and shop compliance Other work-related duties as assigned by manager
Requirements:
Ability to see in full range color Ability to knee, bend, twist, lift and squat to service equipment on the ground Must have excellent hand dexterity to include firm grasping Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs Must be able to work in any weather environment Occasional exposure to loud noises
