Techy Sunrise - Plantation, FL Techy Sunrise is looking for a motivated, reliable, and customer-focused Bilingual Repair Technician to join our growing team. If you're passionate about technology, enjoy repairing electronics, and want to continue learning new skills, we'd love to hear from you! Requirements (Mandatory) Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written). Experience repairing cell phones , including: Screen replacements Battery replacements Charging port replacements Back glass replacements Camera replacements Other common smartphone repairs Basic to intermediate experience repairing tablets and computers (hardware and software troubleshooting). Excellent customer service and communication skills. Reliable, professional, and always punctual . Authorized to work in the United States. Job Responsibilities Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other electronic devices. Assist customers by providing repair estimates and answering technical questions. Check in and check out customer devices. Maintain accurate repair records and keep the workspace clean and organized. Deliver outstanding customer service from start to finish. Be willing to learn additional electronic repairs through on-the-job training.
