Job Description

Join a Team That Invests in Great Technicians Roman Air Heating & Cooling is a veteran-owned company serving Central Florida homeowners and businesses. We're growing and looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in solving problems, delivering excellent customer service, and doing quality work the right way. If you're tired of being treated like a number, working with poor support, or feeling stuck in the same position, we'd like to talk. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems Perform maintenance and tune-ups Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, airflow, and control issues Recommend solutions that genuinely help customers Complete service documentation accurately Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle Represent Roman Air professionally in customers' homes
What We're Looking For Required:
Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred:
