Full Job Description Job Summary:
Simmons Boatworks is seeking a skilled Repair and Building Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the maintenance and repair of small sailboats. This role requires a strong background in gelcoat and fiberglass repairs as well as boat building.Responsibilities:
- Conduct maintenance and repairs on company owned as well as customers boats.
- Build small infused sailboats as well as open molded parts.
- Repair and maintain tooling as parts and boats are built.
- Assemble and disassemble components as needed for repair or replacement.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including maintenance and repair hours and parts used.
- Assist is loading trailers with boats and equipment for events
- Ensure all work is completed in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Valid Drivers License
- Experience with Vacuum Infusion of Boats
- Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly
