Spherion is hiring a Golf Car Service Technician in The Villages, FL! Responsibilities:

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform annual services and repairs on all makes and models of gas and electric golf cars.
• Install exterior accessories, headlight/taillight packages, and make precision adjustments.
• Perform battery replacements, charging system checks, alignments, bushing installations, and brake adjustments.
• Troubleshoot gas electrical systems using diagnostic tools and complete repairs on carburetors and throttle bodies.
• Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts used, and time spent on each service transaction.
• Keep a clean, safe, and organized shop area while adhering to safety and quality guidelines.

Working hours:

7:30 AM

• 4:30

• Basic mathematical and record-keeping skills.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.

Education:

High School Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or 1 to 3 months of related training/experience.
• Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
• Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, kneel, stoop, and lift/move up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Comfort working in a shop environment with exposure to varying temperatures and mechanical equipment.
