Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our team. The Repair Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various electronic devices and equipment. This role requires a strong Sales background and the ability to work with precision. We are willing to train the applicant on how to repair devices through our training program.
Pay Hourly:
$14.00
  • $20.
00 Pay depends on experience.

MUST HAVE
open availability from Monday-Saturday to be considered for this position.
  • Schedule:
  • 35-40 Hours a week. OT may be required.
  • 8 hour shift

  • Managerial options Minimum Qualifications and Skills (willing to train repair skills) 1-2 years of Sales 1-2 years of cell phone repair experience.
1-2 years of computer repair experience. 1-2 years of sales experience. Competency with computer operating system reinstallations. Competency with computer / tablet / cell phone data transfer methods. Perform analysis and diagnosis of complex PC problems for end users, recommend and implement solutions. Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end user workstation software/hardware, networked peripheral devices, and networking software/hardware products. Construct, install, and test customized configurations based on various platforms and operating systems Diagnose hardware and software issues on a variety of devices including computers, mobile phones, and tablets. Perform repairs on electronic equipment following manufacturer specifications Provide technical support to customers regarding repair inquiries Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment for repairs Analyze technical problems and develop solutions Conduct field service visits for on-site repairs when necessary
Skills :
  • Proficiency in Mac OS and Windows operating systems
  • Experience with computer hardware repair and maintenance
  • Familiarity with mobile devices and their repair processes
  • Strong analytical skills to diagnose complex technical issues
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service during repair interactions
  • Knowledge of field service procedures for efficient on-site repairs
  • Proficient in using hand tools for equipment repair
