• $35 per hour based on experience and qualifications Company van Fuel card Paid holidays Paid vacation Ongoing training and development Advancement opportunities Year-round work Supportive team environment Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, airflow, and control issues Communicate findings and repair options clearly with customers Complete service documentation and photo verification Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle Participate in an on-call rotation schedule Uphold company standards for quality and professionalism Requirements 3+ years HVAC service experience preferred EPA Certification required Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Experience with heat pumps, straight cool systems, package units, mini-splits, and RTUs Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls Professional appearance and positive attitude Must be reliable, punctual, and accountable What We're Looking For We're looking for technicians who enjoy solving problems, helping customers, and taking pride in their craft.
