This role is ideal for someone who is personable, reliable, and passionate about golf. You'll use your knowledge of golf equipment and POS systems to guide customers through their transactions and answer questions both in-store and over the phone. Weekend shifts required. Impact A Collaborative and Flexible Environment Responsibilities:
Regripping, lie and loft adjustments Fulfill repair orders in a timely fashion Read and execute custom order per golfer specifications Verify all repair orders for accuracy Maintain an orderly workstation Monitor inventory
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of club repair experience. Demonstrated experience regripping clubs. High attention to detail and the ability to execute repeatable builds across full sets. Deep interest in golf equipment, shafts, materials, and building technologies. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on, detail-oriented work.
