Full-Time We are a premier luxury windows and doors company looking for a motivated, dependable individual to join our Service Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and learning new technical skills. No experience? No problem. We are willing to train the right candidate. If you have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn, we'll teach you everything you need to know about servicing our high-end products. What You'll Do Learn to diagnose and repair the mechanical components of luxury windows and doors. Perform service work on door and window hardware, locks, hinges, rollers, and operating mechanisms. Complete finish maintenance and touch-up services on premium wood windows and doors. Travel to customer homes and job sites to perform scheduled service appointments. Use hand and power tools safely and professionally. Communicate courteously with homeowners, builders, and team members. Maintain detailed service records and keep company tools and vehicles organized. What We're Looking For Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Mechanically inclined with good problem-solving skills. Reliable, punctual, and professional. Comfortable using basic hand tools or eager to learn. Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work both indoors and outdoors. Experience No previous experience is required. Experience in construction, carpentry, woodworking, maintenance, automotive repair, or other hands-on work is a plus—but we are happy to train the right person.
