Position Summary We're looking for a skilled, customer-focused Window & Door Repair Technician to diagnose and repair windows, sliding glass doors, and entry doors in customers' homes. You'll be the face of RoMac in the home, so this role calls for mechanical ability, attention to detail, and the ability to explain problems and solutions clearly to homeowners. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair windows, sliding glass doors, and entry doors, including rollers, tracks, locks, latches, balances, hinges, and hardware Replace weatherstripping, seals, screens, and damaged components Adjust, realign, and re-seal units to restore smooth operation and weather resistance Inspect units, document findings with photos and notes, and explain repair options to homeowners Complete job records, estimates, and work orders accurately in our CRM Maintain a well-stocked, organized service vehicle and track parts usage Arrive on time, communicate professionally, and leave every home clean Identify when replacement is a better option than repair and refer opportunities to the sales team Follow all safety standards and company procedures Qualifications Valid driver's license and clean driving record Experience repairing or installing residential windows and doors (sliding glass doors and impact products a plus) Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort with hand and power tools Professional, friendly demeanor in customers' homes Comfortable using a tablet or smartphone and CRM software for job documentation Organized, reliable, and able to work independently [Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, if applicable] Work Conditions Daily travel to customer homes across [service area] Physical work, including kneeling, climbing ladders, and lifting door panels and glass up to 60 lbs. Work both indoors and outdoors in Florida heat and weather Compensation & Benefits Company vehicle
