Job Description

Job Overview HandyTrac Key Control Systems is seeking a motivated Client Services Technician to join our growing team in Alpharetta, GA. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of customer service experience and at least 1 year of technical support experience (preferred), with strong troubleshooting ability and confidence assisting customers over the phone and via email. Candidates should be goal-oriented, professional, and bring a positive attitude to the ever-evolving world of key control. Fluency in English is required, and fluency in Spanish is a strong plus. Leadership experience is strongly preferred. Applicants must also be comfortable with basic computer applications, including web browsing, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, and demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing. Core responsibilities:
Provide friendly, professional support to customers via phone and email Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues Document customer interactions accurately in CRM and ticketing systems Follow up with clients regarding service requests, upgrades, and account updates Assist with scheduling installations and coordinating with internal teams Maintain consistent activity tracking and meet weekly performance goals Communicate clearly and confidently with property managers and on-site staff Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment Stay organized while managing multiple tasks and customer inquiries Identify opportunities to support upgrade and new product initiatives Qualifications 3+ years of customer service experience 1+ year of technical support experience Fluency in English (bilingual fluency in Spanish is a plus) Impeccable attitude and communication skills 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role 3+ years of general computer experience (web browsing, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc) Ability to troubleshoot basic software and connectivity issues Strong organizational and time-management skills Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively Comfortable using CRM or ticketing systems (experience preferred but not required)
