This role focuses on residential and light commercial electrical work including service calls, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations. We're looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to doing clean, professional work. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair electrical issues in homes and small commercial spaces Install and replace outlets, switches, lighting, panels, and wiring Perform service upgrades and basic electrical installs Read and interpret wiring diagrams and plans Ensure all work meets code and safety standards Communicate clearly with customers about issues and solutions Maintain accurate job notes and documentation Keep a clean, organized work vehicle and job site Qualifications Valid electrical license (or working toward licensing) 2+ years of field experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Knowledge of residential electrical systems and components Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Professional attitude and good communication skills Valid driver's license required Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50+ lbs Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and on ladders Able to stand, bend, kneel, and perform hands-on work for extended periods Why Join ProTech Athens We're building a team focused on quality, reliability, and long-term growth.
