Nelson Powersports is growing, and we're looking for an experienced, hands-on Service Technician to join our Dalton Service Department. You'll work with a fun variety of Kawasaki and other powersports equipment — including motorcycles, side x sides, jet skis, and ATVs. We're looking for someone who knows their way around a machine, enjoys solving problems, and wants to be part of a team where your skills are appreciated and your work makes a difference. What You'll Be Doing Service and repair motorcycles, side x sides, jet skis, ATVs, and other powersports equipment. Diagnose mechanical issues and assist with preparing accurate repair estimates. Work closely with our Service Advisors to understand and meet customer needs. Stay up to date with manufacturer training, technology, and best practices. Help keep our shop a positive, productive, and team-oriented place to work. Take pride in every job and make sure the customer gets their equipment back ready to ride! ⭐ What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Has solid experience repairing and maintaining powersports equipment. Is comfortable juggling multiple jobs and using diagnostic and computer tools. Has a strong eye for detail and takes pride in quality workmanship. Is dependable, motivated, and willing to jump in and help the team. Has a customer-first mindset and understands that great service doesn't stop when the repair is finished.
