JOB SUMMARY
The Maintenance Technician (also known as Service Technician) is responsible for a variety of mechanical maintenance duties throughout the terminals and at customer sites.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conducts repairs to on-site fuel and lubricant pumps, nozzles, etc. Preps and repairs portable fuel tanks. Conducts general terminal repairs. Serves as backup for general cleaning, product repackaging and stocking of the warehouse. Other duties assigned.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Previous mechanical experience is preferred. Class A or B CDL is desired. Warehouse experience is desired.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Deep expertise in all core HR disciplines, including talent strategy, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, workforce planning, and HR compliance. Strong strategic leadership skills with the ability to align HR initiatives to business goals and drive organizational performance. Proven ability to serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, influencing decision-making and organizational direction. Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance requirements, and risk mitigation practices. Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and lead high-performing HR teams and foster a strong organizational culture. Expertise in organizational development, change management, and M&A HR integration. Strong communication, coaching, negotiation, and relationship-building skills at all organizational levels. Experience designing HR metrics, HRIS strategies, and data-driven approaches to improve workforce outcomes and business impact.
