Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least three years of service technician experience
Agricultural or construction equipment repair experience
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Valid driver's license
Steel-toe boots required
Job Duties:
Complete scheduled equipment maintenance and inspections
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems
Repair or replace defective components
Provide on-site technical assistance to customers
Collaborate with technicians on complex repairs
Maintain service reports, parts records, and inventory documentation
Recommend equipment upgrades and performance improvements
