JOB SUMMARY
The Maintenance Technician (also known as Service Technician) is responsible for a variety of mechanical maintenance duties throughout the terminals and at customer sites.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conducts repairs to on-site fuel and lubricant pumps, nozzles, etc. Preps and repairs portable fuel tanks. Conducts general terminal repairs. Serves as backup for general cleaning, product repackaging and stocking of the warehouse. Other duties assigned.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Previous mechanical experience is preferred. Class A or B CDL is desired. Warehouse experience is desired. Physical Demands Standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and working in awkward positions for extended periods. Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling equipment, tools, fuel tanks, and other materials as required. Using hand and power tools to perform repairs and maintenance. Climbing ladders and accessing equipment, tanks, pumps, and other elevated or confined areas. Performing repetitive movements involving the hands, arms, and upper body. Working in indoor and outdoor environments and varying weather conditions. Handling materials and products safely while following required PPE and safety procedures. Performing general warehouse duties, including cleaning, repackaging, stocking, and moving products. Safely performing physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.
