Job Description
Qualified Staffing, Marietta Office is hiring Repair Technicians for a fast-paced manufacturing facility in the Cartersville, GA area. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently and the flexibility to support other areas of production as needed. ResponsibilitiesRepair damaged solar cells according to established procedures.
Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Support production and assist in other areas as needed.
Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.
Previous repair, quality, or manufacturing experience preferred.
Welding, soldering, or hands-on repair experience preferred.
Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
