The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, able to troubleshoot electrical problems efficiently, and committed to providing high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service while staying on schedule. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and commercial electrical systems. Install and service electrical panels, breakers, circuits, wiring, lighting, switches, receptacles, fixtures, and related equipment. Read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, schematics, and equipment manuals. Prepare accurate service reports, job notes, material lists, time records, and invoices. Maintain an organized, clean, and properly stocked service vehicle. Protect customer property and leave each work area clean and orderly. Participate in an on-call or emergency service rotation when required. Preferred Qualifications 3 or more years of electrical service experience with valid electrical license. Experience working in both occupied homes and active commercial facilities. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting methods, and applicable electrical codes. Ability to work independently, while being friendly to customers. Ability to use electrical testing equipment, hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other job-site equipment safely. Previous electrical service experience in residential and/or commercial environments. Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to climb ladders and work at heights. Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, mechanical rooms, rooftops, and other confined or uncomfortable areas. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather and temperature conditions. Ability to safely operate tools, equipment, and company vehicles. Work Schedule This is a full-time position. Typical working hours are Monday through Friday 8-5, with occasional overtime, evening, weekend, or emergency service work. Participation in an on-call rotation may be required. Compensation and Benefits Competitive pay $25-$35/hour to start. Company vehicle and fuel card. Paid time off, paid holidays, and Tuition reimbursement.
