| Property Repair Technician $33-$40/hour | Based on Experience Meridian Area Full-Time | Steady, Year-Round Work Put Your Skills to Work With a Team You Can Count On Paul Davis Restoration is looking for an experienced property repair technician to join our in-house team in the Meridian area. If you're looking for consistent work, dependable hours, and a variety of projects without having to constantly find your next job, this could be a great fit. What You'll Do You'll work on a variety of residential and commercial projects, including: Finish carpentry such as trim, doors, cabinets, and repairs Drywall repairs and touch-ups Interior painting and finishing work Flooring installation and repairs, including LVP, tile, and carpet General residential and commercial repairs Restoration-related repairs following water, fire, and other property damage Completing projects with attention to detail and quality workmanship What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who can confidently handle a variety of projects and takes pride in getting the details right. You'll need: 2+ years of carpentry, handyman, or related experience Experience handling small- to medium-sized repair and finish projects Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Dependability and a strong work ethic Valid driver's license Ability to lift 50+ lbs Experience in flooring, drywall, painting, or property restoration is a plus!
