United Site Services is seeking a Lead Service Technician to oversee field operations for portable restrooms, temporary fencing, and related construction site services. In this role, you'll lead and train technicians, coordinate daily service routes, perform hands-on maintenance, pumping, cleaning, and repairs, and ensure DOT, safety, and environmental compliance. You'll inspect equipment, troubleshoot issues on site, maintain service records, and communicate with dispatch and customers to resolve problems. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, a clean driving record, and a commitment to safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.
