FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Hands-on technical work with advanced machinery Supportive team environment What You'll Do Travel to customer sites for machine installation, startup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair Train customer personnel on machine operation and maintenance Provide technical support by phone and email Complete service reports and documentation Assist with machine testing and production support when in-house Work closely with customers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve technical issues Requirements What We're Looking For 3+ years of technical service or industrial maintenance experience Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience with PLCs, motors, drives, pneumatics, and industrial controls Ability and willingness to travel extensively (80-100%) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage service calls professionally Preferred Experience Printing, converting, web handling, or capital equipment industries Rockwell / RSLogix / Allen Bradley / A+ Ability to read electrical and pneumatic schematics

ERP, CRM

systems, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks experience a plus
