Job Description
Builds, installs, services, and troubleshoots automated packaging and industrial equipment at manufacturing facilities and customer sites. Job Requirements 5+ years of mechanical assembly and troubleshooting experience. Experience installing new automated packaging or industrial equipment. Experience troubleshooting existing automated packaging or industrial equipment. Working knowledge of low-voltage electrical circuits. Experience with equipment such as palletizers, depalletizers, wrappers, boxers, corrugated packaging systems, conveyors, or pick-and-place systems. Ability to travel nationally up to approximately 40% of the time. Preferred Skills PLC programming experience. Experience with multiple types of automated packaging and material-handling equipment. Electrical troubleshooting experience involving low-voltage industrial systems. Job Responsibilities Assemble mechanical components and systems for automated industrial equipment. Install and commission new packaging and automation equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical and low-voltage electrical equipment issues. Diagnose and repair existing automated equipment and machinery. Perform equipment adjustments, component replacements, and corrective repairs. Support installation and service activities at customer facilities. Test equipment after installation or repair to verify proper operation. Travel to customer sites for equipment installation, troubleshooting, and service activities.
