Full Job Description Repair Technician Company Description:

Tech Global manufactures commercial grade Touchscreen Displays ranging on sizes 17" up to 85". Our products fit well in all environments including Hospitality, Government, Education, Healthcare, Retail, Corporate, Gaming, Kiosk and more. This position is responsible for the engineering technical support of prototype building and testing of new products, technical knowledge, support and updating of existing products and overall quality control including supplier and customer RMA process.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

• Provide engineering support including prototype testing, component specification and engineering feedback on design.
• Responsible for the entire RMA process including technical sales support, failure analysis, documentation and rebuilding.
• Accountable for supplier component quality control including incoming inspections and pre-production testing.
• Provide internal quality management through 8D corrective action documentation and review.
• Production support from a technical perspective including pre-assembly of components, firmware, updating of touch systems and main display boards.
• Fielding technical calls and online correspondence from customers.
• Development of training and educational documents for process flow and all employees.
• Possible assistance for technicians in assembly of displays and touch screens when necessary
• Production assembly training for new and existing products
• Production/clean room and assembly tool knowledge, supply and setup
• Engineering, assembly and instructional documentation
• Computer operating systems knowledge and diagnosing
• Electrical and mechanical systems troubleshooting
• Utilize engineering practices to increase production efficiency, quality and repeatability Automotive technician experience preferred Salary range $60,000 - $70,000 per year
