Just ownership. ________________________________________ What Winning Looks Like In This Role You greet guests like you actually mean it You jump in before someone has to ask for help You explain games clearly and confidently You handle minor machine issues quickly and escalate bigger ones immediately You keep the arcade floor clean, safe, and dialed in You run prize redemption with accuracy and excitement You restock before we run out You communicate problems instead of walking past them You support the team. Always If something is off, you fix it. If someone needs help, you show up. If the energy drops, you raise it. ________________________________________ Who Thrives Here You will crush this role if you: Actually like people Move with urgency Stay positive when it is loud, busy, and chaotic Care about details, because tickets, cards, and balances matter Bring energy, even on a long shift Do not need to be micromanaged Take pride in doing simple things extremely well Experience in guest service or entertainment is a plus. No experience but strong work ethic and a great attitude also works. We can train skills.
