Fikes Fresh Brands is seeking a reliable and motivated Route Service Technician to join our team in Chicago, IL & NW Indiana. As a Route Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing air freshener units at a designated customer base within your route. This is a hands-on position that offers variety in daily tasks and the chance to work independently while representing a leading brand in the fresh air industry.Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to assigned customer locations in Chicago and Northwest Indiana
- Service and replace air fresheners and related products at client sites
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, inventory, and customer interactions
- Ensure that all air fresheners and devices are functioning properly
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining professional relationships with clients
- Safely operate your own vehicle to travel between customer locations
Qualifications:
- Physically able to walk through customer locations, including standing, and bending
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Good communication skills and a strong customer service attitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous experience in a field service or similar role is a plus but not required
