Job Description:

Fikes Fresh Brands is seeking a reliable and motivated Route Service Technician to join our team in Chicago, IL & NW Indiana. As a Route Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing air freshener units at a designated customer base within your route. This is a hands-on position that offers variety in daily tasks and the chance to work independently while representing a leading brand in the fresh air industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to assigned customer locations in Chicago and Northwest Indiana
• Service and replace air fresheners and related products at client sites
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, inventory, and customer interactions
• Ensure that all air fresheners and devices are functioning properly
• Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining professional relationships with clients
• Safely operate your own vehicle to travel between customer locations

Qualifications:

• Physically able to walk through customer locations, including standing, and bending
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Good communication skills and a strong customer service attitude
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Previous experience in a field service or similar role is a plus but not required
