Barnguard by Michiana Equipment is seeking a dependable and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you'll travel to customer farms to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain livestock equipment and barn systems. We're looking for someone who is dependable, mechanically inclined, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in serving customers and doing the job right. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, building relationships with customers, and providing dependable service. Company truck, tools, and training are provided. No agricultural experience is required. We are willing to train mechanically inclined individuals with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn. Responsibilities Travel to customer locations using a company-provided service vehicle. Diagnose and repair livestock equipment and barn systems. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, ventilation, feeding, watering, and environmental control systems. Perform preventative maintenance and inspections. Complete service reports and communicate findings to the office. Maintain company tools and service vehicle. Provide excellent customer service while working directly with producers and farm personnel. Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend emergency service calls. Pay:

$70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
