Are you a skilled plumber looking for a company that values your expertise and rewards your hard work? At Roto-Rooter, we're searching for Service Plumbers to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, drains, fixtures, and sewer lines Install, maintain, and replace plumbing components in compliance with local codes and safety standards Communicate findings and recommended solutions clearly to customers in a professional manner Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term trust Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship and attention to detail Accurately document work performed, including service reports and job details Valid driver's license with a clean driving record ; ability to safely operate a company vehicle. 2+ years of professional plumbing experience preferred (residential, commercial, or service-based). Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills , with the ability to quickly assess and resolve plumbing issues. Excellent customer service and communication skills , with the ability to clearly explain technical details to customers. Ability to lift 50+ lbs., work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks as part of daily responsibilities. Proficiency with plumbing tools, equipment, and safety procedures , including drain cleaning machines, water heaters, and pipe systems.
