In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of electronic and electrical equipment. Your expertise will ensure that all systems operate efficiently, safely, and reliably, providing exceptional service to our clients. Duties Utilize diagnostic tools and electrical schematics to identify issues within electronic and electrical systems. Perform electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting on AC/DC electrical systems, ensuring accurate fault detection. Conduct repairs on electronic equipment, including soldering, component replacement, and circuit board repairs. Read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics to guide repair procedures effectively. Test electronic systems using specialized equipment such as ohmmeters, oscilloscopes, and multimeters to verify repairs. Execute maintenance tasks on electrical equipment to prevent future failures and extend lifespan. Provide field service support by traveling to client sites for on-site diagnostics, repairs, and system installations. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex electronic systems and improve repair processes. Maintain detailed service records, including repair logs, diagnostic reports, and parts used. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and electrical codes while delivering excellent customer service. Experience Proven experience as a Service Technician or Repair Technician working with electronic or electrical equipment. Strong knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems, low voltage wiring, and electrical troubleshooting techniques. Hands-on experience with hand tools, soldering equipment, and electronic testing devices such as ohmmeters and oscilloscopes. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and engineering troubleshooting manuals accurately. Familiarity with computer hardware troubleshooting, networking basics, and electronic system diagnostics is preferred. Mechanical knowledge related to equipment maintenance and repair is advantageous. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.
