Job Description
Thor Motor Coach is seeking a detail-oriented, highly skilled RV Paint Technician to join our team. In this role, you will lead the exterior transformation and surface restoration of recreational vehicles. You will manage the entire painting process, from complex surface prep and custom color matching to spraying multi-stage finishes and final polishing. The ideal candidate has experience with automotive or large-vehicle coatings and works efficiently with minimal supervision.
